I was tired, so I sent the kids into the bathroom by
themselves to brush their teeth.
“Mommy!
Mommy! Come here! There’s a spider in the tub,” Rowan
exclaimed.
These kids have eyes like eagles when it comes to
spotting spiders.
“Leave it alone, you’ll be fine,” I yelled back, I really
didn’t feel like getting out of bed yet.
Silence greeted me for a minute.
“He’s trying to get out of the tub,” Rowan said.
“Yeah, he’s name is Tim,” Jory informed his sisters.
“I don’t want Tim to leave,” the baby added.
“He’ll stay in the tub,” the oldest assured them. “Mommy won’t make him go swimming in the
ocean.”
Who know a spider in a tub could lead to a quiet
toothbrushing morning. I really hope
they didn’t touch it.
