I doubt myself some days when it comes to Jory’s
schooling. I worry that he doesn’t know enough
or the right stuff, that I’m not doing enough in this subject or that one. I don’t always vocalize them, but they are
there. And then out of the blue, He
encourages me.
“Spell tea?” I said, as I drove him to daycare.
“Tea. T-E-A. Tea.
Shouldn’t that be ‘tee-a’?” Jory inquired.
My heart skipped a beat.
Are we having a phonics discussion?
God does not let me get in His way<br><br> of teaching Jory
what he needs to know.
“That’s good baby, but in this case the ‘A’ is silent so
it’s pronounced ‘tee’.”
I am so in love with my baby boy.
